International Advantage® Product Suite
Overview
ACE GPSSM brings multinational clients customized global solutions for a broad range of international risk management issues. Our global approach provides protection on a compliant and cost effective basis.
The International Advantage® suite of casualty products provides multinational insurance and services for U.S.-based companies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions that have operations or exposures outside the U.S., from exposures that are simple or limited in scope to large, diverse, complex exposures that require customized risk transfer solutions.
The International Advantage® product suite provides a range of options that can respond to a company’s growth, geographic expansion and operational changes.
Our products include International Advantage® Package Plus, International
Advantage® Enterprise Solutions and International Advantage® Defense Base Act Program. Also available are Executive Assistance® Services.
For accounts with large and complex foreign exposures, International Advantage® Enterprise Solutions provides Controlled Master Program policies and admitted local policy placements, including:
- Commercial General Liability, Contingent and Locally admitted Auto Liability,
Local Workers Compensation, Contingent Employers Liability (EL) and Repatriation, Foreign Voluntary Compensation, local EL - Limits up to $25 million per occurrence/aggregate; $1 million for emergency
medical evacuation/repatriation - Flexible program structures that offer customized risk transfer options, as well as risk retention options through deductible and retrospective rating structures and use of captive reinsurers
- Option for Executive Assistance® Services, a set of emergency medical, travel, personal, legal and security assistance services for covered individuals traveling or working outside the U.S., including medical evacuation/repatriation and political evacuation/relocation, as well as online ID cards, security briefs and pre-trip planning tools
- Option for seamless coordination with stand alone ACE A&H AD&D, Medical and ACE Kidnap & Extortion products
For accounts with overseas operations more limited in scope or complexity, International Advantage® Package Plus provides packaged coverages on a single policy form plus a limited number of admitted local policy placements, including:
- Commercial General Liability, Contingent Auto, Employers Responsibility (Contingent Employers Liability and Foreign Voluntary Compensation) with automatic Executive Assistance® Services, automatic Emergency Political Repatriation/ Relocation, automatic Kidnap & Extortion, automatic International AD&D, Medical Expense, Property & Business Income
- For educational institutions, option for International Medical/ AD&D and Executive Assistance® Services for students and chaperone
- Guaranteed cost/no deductible policy with one or more local admitted polices
International Advantage® Defense Base Act Program addresses the needs of U.S. contractors and sub-contractors performing work overseas under U.S. Government contracts, including:
- Required Defense Base Act statutory coverage plus ACE Employers Liability repatriation
- Option for seamless coordination with stand alone International Advantage® Package Plus and Enterprise Solutions, as well as stand alone ACE A&H AD&D, Medical and ACE Kidnap & Extortion products
