Global Client Executive Practice
Overview
The Global Client Executive Practice was established to bring ACE’s larger and more sophisticated clients and distribution partners a single point of contact that will enhance ACE’s ability to respond to their needs on a global multi-line basis.
The practice was launched by ACE’s senior leadership team after carefully considering direct client and broker feedback. It is a key component of ACE’s investment in multinational client satisfaction.
Mutually agreed upon performance measures will be established to reflect each client’s requirements. Regular performance touch points with the client will help to ensure appropriate and timely service delivery.
This new capability will be provided to specific clients at their discretion and in a manner that fits their preferences.
Highly Experienced Team: A qualifying client will select a Global Client Executive who will be dedicated exclusively to servicing a limited number of ACE’s highly valued multinational clients. These individuals are carefully selected by ACE for their varied client-focused insurance perspectives and will be located close to clients around the globe. This diversity reflects ACE’s desire to assemble complimentary capabilities that will result in a strong team while providing a unique pool from which a client may select their Global Client Executive.
Understanding Client’s Needs: Acting as a full-time client resource, the Global Client Executive will seek a deep understanding of each client’s business; what makes the client’s business unique and how the client measures success. Client knowledge development will be achieved through an in-depth study of the client’s business and regular ongoing communication with the client and broker.
Customized Solution Development: Customized product and service solutions developed in response to client needs will be coordinated on the client’s and broker’s behalf. The Global Client Executive will pull together the entire ACE client team to ensure that all internal points of view are understood and well coordinated.
Consistency of Process: A systematic process approach was taken while building the Global Client Executive operating platform. The goal is to promote consistency of ACE’s client product and service delivery across the globe.
Client-Centric Performance Measurement: Performance standards for ACE will be mutually agreed to by the client and ACE. Performance measurement will be achieved through specially developed ACE capabilities to ensure timely and complete product and service delivery. Periodic performance touch points with the client and broker are designed to ensure that ACE is meeting expectations. Clients will also be approached directly by the practice leader for feedback on Global Client Executive performance.
