Environmental Liability Products

Global Premises Pollution Liability Insurance (GPPL) provides coverage for worldwide environmental liabilities arising from foreign operations and subsidiaries, including:

• Broad range of pollution liability protection for gradual as well as sudden and accidental first- and third-party environmental liabilities, including liabilities encountered in mergers and acquisitions, claims for natural resource damages or biodiversity damages, mold-related claims, transportation and disposal of wastes or products
• Ability to tailor policy through endorsements and manuscripted language to meet the specific client needs, including: business interruption and soft costs, known conditions and acquired and divested properties
• Limits available up to $50 million per claim/aggregate
• Minimum self-insured retention: $10,000

Contractors Pollution Liability / Errors & Omissions (CPL/E&O) provides coverage for pollution liability for gradual as well as sudden and accidental third-party environmental liabilities arising out of covered operations, including:

• Claims made or Occurrence triggers available
• Coverage for sudden and accidental pollution events
• Mold coverage available on a claims-made basis
• Transportation (Auto/watercraft) included
• Emergency Response internal expenses covered
• Coverage available for Non Owned Disposal liability
• No exclusions for construction defect or water intrusion
• Errors & Omissions coverage available for claims arising out of errors and omissions while performing covered professional services
• Limits available up to $25 million per claim/aggregate
• Minimum self-insured retention: $10,000 ($25,000 for mold-related; $15,000 E&O)
